John N. Simmons, MD

Dr. Simmons joined the Medford Radiological Group, P.C. (MRG) in October 2011. He compliments our practice as a Diagnostic Radiologist including MR, CT and Ultrasound, as well as a subspecialty in Musculoskeletal Imaging.

Dr. Simmons grew up in Kansas where he received his BA in Chemistry from the University of Kansas. He then obtained his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical School, and completed his internship and residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Medicine. His fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Imaging was completed at the University of Alabama, Birmingham. He has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Kentucky.

Dr. Simmons enjoys spending time with his family, as well as mountain biking, hiking, and Kansas Jayhawk Basketball.
