Paul D. Guisler, MD

Dr. Guisler joined The Medford Radiological Group, P.C. in July 2009 and comes to the Rogue Valley from Roseburg, Oregon with eleven years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Guisler’s family has an extensive history in the Rogue Valley.  His mother’s family moved from Hood River to Ashland, Oregon in 1940 and Dr. Guisler enjoyed much of his youth in Southern Oregon.

Dr. Guisler was also elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha national medical honor society in 1993.  He attended Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, California graduating in May 1994 with a Doctor of Medicine degree.  While at Loma Linda he was selected for the Health Professions Scholarship Program through the US Air Force. 

While at Loma Linda he was also selected by the Air Force to attend a combined Internship-Diagnostic Radiology program at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.  During his residency he became proficient in all areas of diagnostic Imaging as well as basic and Interventional Radiology procedures with a special interest in Neuroradiology.  He was certified by the American Board of Radiology in June 1998.

After residency he was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada.  While at Nellis he gained valuable experience in diagnostic Imaging and served as Chief of Breast Imaging and supervised the departments MQSA program.
